1.1   These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player") and sk666 (the "Operator") regarding your use of the sk666 platform, website, services, games, and any associated products or communications (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2   By registering an account on sk666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to sk666's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules where applicable.

1.3   These Terms are binding as of the moment you complete the sk666 account registration process. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.4   If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers both to the individual using the Platform and the person or entity on whose behalf you act.

2.1   To register and maintain an active account on sk666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have reached the legal age for participation in online gaming in your applicable jurisdiction.
• You are the legal and beneficial owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your sk666 account.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee, director, officer, or contractor of sk666 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the sk666 platform or any associated gaming network.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent or representative of any third party in relation to the gaming activities conducted on your sk666 account.

2.2   sk666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period of the request will result in account suspension pending resolution.

2.3   If sk666 determines, at any time, that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2, sk666 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending bets, retain any bonus funds, and withhold or return any real-money balance in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

3.1   Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the sk666 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the identity, email address, payment method, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2   You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during account registration. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sk666 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. sk666 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4   You must notify sk666's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected compromise of your account credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account. 3.5   Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all sk666 accounts. Players must complete identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Required KYC documentation typically includes: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. sk666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.6   Account credentials, including username and registered email, may only be changed by contacting sk666 support through the official live chat or email channel. Credential changes are subject to identity verification to protect the account from unauthorised modification.

sk666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise expressly stated.

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• sk666 does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits that are incomplete, declined, or reversed by your payment provider will not be credited to your sk666 account. Contact your payment provider in the first instance for unresolved payment issues.
• sk666 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits as required by responsible gaming obligations or as applied to individual accounts.

• Withdrawals can only be requested to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit on your sk666 account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be queued pending verification.
• sk666 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request before processing. This may extend processing times in specific cases.
• Withdrawal processing times stated in Section 4.1 are targets and may be affected by bank processing schedules, public holidays in Pakistan, or extraordinary compliance requirements.
• VIP tier members receive enhanced withdrawal processing times as follows: Bronze — up to 24 hours; Silver — up to 12 hours; Gold — up to 6 hours; Diamond — same business day.

4.4   sk666 operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML screening. sk666 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for transactions above applicable AML thresholds. Players who cannot demonstrate a legitimate source of funds may have withdrawal requests withheld and accounts referred to the relevant authorities.

5.1   sk666 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, VIP tier rewards, and PSL or other event-specific promotions.

5.2   Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented to the eligible player. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods — form part of these Terms when accepted by the Player.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. A Player's bonus balance and real money balance are tracked separately within the sk666 platform.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any amount originating from a bonus can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• sk666 reserves the right to specify game contribution weightings for wagering requirement purposes. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Game contribution rates are stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds remaining at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• sk666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice the outcome of any wager already placed under that bonus's terms.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements while minimising true gaming risk — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for bonus voiding and account suspension.

5.3   The sk666 VIP Loyalty Programme assigns players to tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) based on rolling 30-day wagering activity. Tier assignments are reviewed automatically. Cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and dedicated support access vary by tier. Full VIP programme terms are published in the sk666 account dashboard.

6.1   All games offered on the sk666 platform — including slots, live dealer table games, fishing games, Triple card games, and sportsbook markets — are subject to game-specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game environment or sportsbook market and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

6.2   The result of any game or betting market on the sk666 platform as determined by the platform's certified systems (or, in the case of sports betting, by the relevant official governing body's result) is final and binding. sk666's determination of a game or bet outcome is conclusive in all cases not subject to a formal dispute under Section 12.

6.3   In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during an active game session or wager, sk666 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game or betting position to its pre-interruption state based on available server-side data. In circumstances where restoration is not possible, affected real-money wagers will be refunded to the Player's sk666 wallet.

6.4   sk666 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed as the result of an obvious error in odds, pricing, game configuration, or other technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.

7.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk666 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the sk666 platform, including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration, KYC verification, or any communication with sk666.
• Using, or attempting to use, any software, algorithm, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game, odds display, or other system component of the sk666 platform.
• Any form of collusion between Players in live table games, sportsbook markets, or any other game category offered by sk666.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes of legitimate sk666 transactions with payment providers.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches in the platform, including continuing to play during a known system malfunction that is generating unintended results.
• Any activity constituting money laundering, including using the sk666 platform to cycle funds with limited genuine gaming intent.
• Allowing or facilitating access by a person under the age of 21 to your sk666 account or the sk666 platform in general.

8.1   sk666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. 8.2   The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sk666 registered players at no cost and are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Functions in the same manner as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out with a reminder of your session time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your sk666 account for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the sk666 platform for a minimum period of 6 months (extendable up to lifetime exclusion). Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected duration and cannot be lifted early upon request.

9.1   All content on the sk666 platform — including but not limited to the sk666 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, database structures, and any compilations thereof — is the proprietary intellectual property of sk666 or its licensed content providers.

9.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sk666 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any element of the sk666 platform without prior written authorisation.

9.3   Any unauthorised use of sk666 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.1   The sk666 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk666 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

10.2   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk666 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the sk666 platform.

10.3   sk666's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your sk666 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4   Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter for which exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

11.1   You may close your sk666 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable charges and voiding any bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC and AML verification requirements.

11.2   sk666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Player.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of the request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player against a legitimate sk666 transaction.
• Determination that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring sk666 to restrict or close the account.

11.3   In cases of account termination due to Player breach, sk666 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, sk666 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable terms. In all other cases, confirmed real-money balances will be returned to the Player following resolution.

12.1   If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your sk666 account or the Platform, you should contact sk666 customer support in the first instance via live chat from your account dashboard or by email at [email protected]. Our team aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to resolve the matter within 5 business days.

12.2   If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to sk666's formal complaints handling process, details of which are available upon request from the support team.

12.3   Unresolved disputes that cannot be settled between you and sk666 through the internal complaints process may be referred to binding independent arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The seat of arbitration and applicable procedural rules shall be as communicated by sk666 upon escalation of the dispute.

12.4   These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under sk666's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

13.1   sk666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the sk666 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect for active accounts.

13.2   Your continued use of the sk666 platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.

13.3   The most current version of these Terms is always available on the sk666 website at sk666.bid/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are stated at the top of this document.

14.1   All communications and formal notices to sk666 must be directed through the official contact channels listed below. sk666 will not accept liability for communications directed to any other address, channel, or representative.

Acknowledgement: By creating and using an sk666 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all fourteen sections of these Terms & Conditions in full, and you agree to be legally bound by them.
